I'm a FILMMAKER In Alexandria, Virginia.
By day, Iām a Project Manager in tech education. And with the rest of my time, I write, direct, produce, and everything in between.
Beginning in 2015, I studied and performed comedic improv at The Institution Theater in Austin, Texas. I co-hosted a comedic web series with Chris Hatcher of Field Guide Films, with whom I also produced a commercials, promotional work, a music video, and a short-subject documentary. Concurrently, I joined a venture called Sidecar Films where I began developing narrative work.
In 2016, I produced Cherrywood, a feature-length dramatic comedy directed by Robert Moncrieff. In the years that followed, we produced more shorts together in Austin and New York City.
After a creative hiatus, I wrote and directed a self-produced short film entitled Pattern Recognition, currently in competition at a number of 2022 film festivals worldwide. Elsewhere, I write about Hitchcock on Substack and contribute short stories and humor pieces to FunBits Zine.
Much of my film work has screened publicly, though to maintain it as a commodity, I typically opt not to publish it online. Select work is available upon request, however.
